We regret to announce The American has discontinued lunch service. Dinner hours will not be impacted by this decision and the restaurant will continue to be available for private banquets.

In the future, our staff will continue to focus on distinguishing The American's reputation as the city's only Mobil Four-Star restaurant. We are pleased to be among the semi-finalists in the outstanding service category for the 2009 James Beard Foundation Awards and we look forward to providing a quality dining experience at Crown Center for many years to come.
